Exchanges and returns

Our policy allows exchanges to be made within the first 7 days of purchase. To start the process, you must send us an email indicating the size or color you wish to exchange. We will respond to this email as soon as possible with instructions. The garment must be in the same condition as when it was shipped (labels attached, the garment must not show signs of use or washing).

If we do not have stock of the product required for the exchange, a voucher will be issued for the amount paid to make new purchases in our store. Our policy does not allow returns.
